How to work eOffice in Internet Connectivity

  • eOffice platform will work in Railnet Connectivity.  
  • Employee may follow these steps to work in eOffice on Internet.
  • First download the FortiClient software.  To Get the software click the following link 
  • Software Link

  • Double click on the .exe file and install it on your Laptop or Desktop
  • Open the above said FortiClient Application on your Laptop or Desktop and add new SSL-VPN connection with following settings
    • Connection Name     :   Railnet
    • Description                :   Railnet
    • Remote Gateway      :   112.133.214.38
    • Customized Port       :   10443
    • Client Certificate       :   None
    • Authentication           :   Select Save Login
    • User name                :    remoteuser
    • Password                  :    Remote@123
            On Completion of the above Steps, VPN (FortiClient) will be activated.  If any one, not getting connected the VPN, do the following steps.
    • Open the Internet Explorer Browser 

    • Click internet Setting then Internet Options and then Advance Tab                               
    
    • In Advance Tab put the tick mark in Use TSL 1.0 to all the boxes and also put the tick mark in SSL also. 
    • Now, try to login in Forticlient and it will work.
